Student Bianca Trevizo transferred from East Los Angeles College. She is currently majoring in English with a minor in Education!
Bianca is a first-gen commuter student, here is why she chose UCLA:

"I chose UCLA not only because of its elite English department, but because I wanted to bring representation where representation is needed. Higher education is important for the upward mobility of myself and my community. I plan to pursue a master's degree in post-secondary administration and student affairs after graduation and hopefully become a dean on a college campus."
