"It is beneficial to be a transfer student at UCLA because the transfer community is always willing to lend a helping hand. The plethora of resources such as the Transfer Student Center and Bruin Resource Center, just to name a couple provide us the knowledge to develop professionally, academically, and more important, personally."
"Throughout this summer I was New Student Advisor welcoming a couple hundred new students to the campus. In the previous academic year I was a Resident Assistant for the First To Go Living Learning Community (HMU if you want more insight in the RA apps 😎). Likewise, I was involved in two extracurricular activities holding leadership positions in United Nations Association and the Financial Wellness Program. As of now, I am currently an intern for Senator Kamala Harris legislative office. I hope to find a full-time position in public service then go to graduate school in Public Policy or International Affairs."
