Tania Nasrollahi transferred from Moorpark College and is currently double majoring in Sociology and Anthropology. She is one of the four National Transfer Student Ambassadors for the National Institution for the Study of Transfer Students! She is a traveling transfer and has been to Belize, San Ignacio to do archaeology this last summer at several ancient Maya sites. Here's what Tania has to say about her experience as a UCLA transfer:

"Being a transfer student at UCLA is amazing because of all of the support we have. After I graduate, I want to go to graduate school and pursue a career in social science research! While doing archaeology in Belize, I learned all sorts of excavation techniques, ceramic typing, and ancient Mayan mythology. It was absolutely wonderful, and the people I met there made it even better."

Here's a link to her Transfer Student Ambassador video to learn about her accomplishments prior to UCLA! https://youtu.be/-TEfOf5L8Og Thank you Tania for all that you do for the transfer community, excited to see what you will accomplish!!
