Setareh Darabi transferred to UCLA faster than most student usually do. While at Santa Monica College she completed 31 units in one semester and then completed 68 UC units in one year. Now she is pursing a Sociology degree at UCLA and is happy her decision. UCLA is her dream school and so ecstatic to be here a year earlier because of her hard work.
She is currently joining Transfer Undergraduate Students of Hillel at UCLA (TUSH) and rushing PSCO, which is the Persian sorority at UCLA. She is also looking for pre-med clubs to join and is a biomedical researcher at Cedars Sinai through Student Research Program (SRP) offered at UCLA. Her plans after graduation include taking the summer to travel and then hopefully going to medical school.
She traveled went to Toronto in August and is going to Germany in December of 2019. She will be going to Rome in March and then in Summer 2020, she plans on going around Europe for seven weeks.
Great Job Setareh! We can wait to hear about travels and future endeavors.
